On
the left is a picture of the strengthen brim. After welding down the
.25" bar stock to the helm, we then rolled the edge down around it.
This gives us around almost .50" on the brim.
On
the right is a clsoe up. Its obvious that we haven't had time to clean
up the weld yet.
